FAQs
Do I need experience doing yoga?
You don’t need any prior experience with yoga or fitness classes—Pulse Yoga & Fitness is open to everyone, no matter your skill level. It’s a welcoming space where you can start your journey at your own pace.
Do I need to bring a mat?
We offer mat rentals for $3 per class. We recommend bringing your own mat if you have one. Members can leave their mat at the studio in our custom mat holder!
Is there parking?
There is paid street parking available on Columbus Blvd, Race St, and in Old City.
What are other transit options?
There are several public transportation stops nearby. The Market-Frankfort Line has a stop at 2nd and Market St which is a short walk to the studio. There is also a bus terminal at Front St and Spruce St. If you want to ride your bike, there is a bike rack next to Pier 3 Condominium. Finally, there is an Indigo Bike terminal just down the street next to Cherry St Pier!
Are all classes heated?
All Flow and Pulse format classes will be heated, usually somewhere between 85 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Chair Yoga classes are not heated.We utilize infrared heating panels that offer a number of health benefits.
